ROHS CERTIFICATION
The law applies to manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of products with electrical or electronic components. Any product with more than 0.1% (by weight) of any one of the hazardous substances cannot be placed on sale in EU member states. The law adopts a common approach to control the risks posed by electrical devices between private households and professional users.
