The Centipede Demon is one of Elden Ring Items the key bosses in Elden Ring Nightreign, encountered on Night 1. Key Attack Patterns and How to Counter Them

Stomp Attack (Melee Focus)

If you're playing a melee Nightfarer, positioning yourself near the Centipede Demon's feet is your best bet. His most predictable attack is his stomp, which involves stomping one foot, then the other twice. After the first stomp, you have a brief window to strike the first foot with your attacks. This is the easiest spot to attack, so make sure to time your strikes well.

Claw Swipes & Tail Whips (Ranged Players)
